Booking terms:

ASIA EUROPE will act as ground handler for their clients and will source all required accommodation and services at the most competitive rates.

All contacts with ASIA EUROPE suppliers must be done via ASIA EUROPE.

ASIA EUROPE clients will pre pay all services in advance.

Prepayment can be made by all major credit cards. All prices are quoted in GBP inclusive of local taxes.

All reservations are subject to the availability at the time of booking, should the service/product you request not
be available we shall try to book you a service/product of a comparable standard.

When a booking has been confirmed by ASIA EUROPE any subsequent amendments or cancellations must
be received in writing.

Storing of information

We confirm that we will not store our clients financial information and these will be destroyed as soon as the transactions
are completed.

Third parities

Our policy is to keep our client information confidential and these will not be passed on to any third parties.
